Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Standard shipping for USPS, UPS or FEDEX is 5 – 10 days.
Q: Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. box? A: We’re sorry, to ensure proper and accurate delivery, all orders are shipped to a valid street address only.
Q: Can I ship my order to a different address than my own? A: Absolutely! When you place your order you will have the opportunity to tell us which address you would like your order shipped to. Remember that it must be a valid street address, as we cannot ship to a P.O. box.
Q: How are shipping charges calculated? A: Shipping is FREE to the Continental United States on all orders! Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and International addresses will be shipped via the least expensive carrier. You can request these charges via e-mail.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax? A: NY State law requires NY State tax be applied to all orders shipped to New York residents.
Q: What happens if the item I ordered is not available? A: On occasion an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event there is a change or delay in filling your order, you will be notified via e-mail. Customers will be notified of any “out-of-stock” items. Backorder items will be shipped within thirty (30) days or the order will be automatically cancelled (unless you notify us to keep the item on backorder).
Q: Why do you close your online shop during the Christmas Holiday? A: We limit our online operations between Thanksgiving Day and January 1st (as outlined in our "Store Policies"), so that we may devote our full attention to our walk-in customers at our Syracuse, NY Shop.
Q: Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don’t want? A: We stand behind our products and services and offer returns, repairs and/or part replacements on items that we sell. Notify us within ten (10) days of receipt of your purchase if you are not satisfied. We will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less shipping charges. Please note:All returns must be in their original cartons, including accessories.
We regret that Completed Doll houses and Custom Orders may not be returnable, however every effort to correct a situation will be pursued.
Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. If you do receive an order that you wish to cancel, please e-mail us within ten (10) days of receipt for return instructions and to ensure proper credit.
Q: I cancelled my order, but I haven’t received a credit yet. How long do credits take? A: We submit all requests for credit within 24 hours of receipt.
