Shipping Policy – Lee Thomas Miniatures offers free shipping via USPS, UPS or FEDEX to the Continental United States on all orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 may be charged a fee up to $5.00 to cover shipping and handling. Please allow 5 to 10 days for everyday shipping of in-stock items. Customers will be notified if any item is out-of-stock. Backorder items will be shipped within thirty (30) days or the order will be automatically cancelled (unless you notify us to keep the item on backorder). Upon request we can provide you with the USPS, UPS or FEDEX tracking number for easy order tracking.
Returns & Cancellations - Our goal is 100% satisfaction. We offer returns, repairs and part replacements on items that we sell. Please e-mail us within ten (10) days of receipt for return instructions and to ensure proper credit. We will be happy to cancel orders prior to shipping. Once an item has been shipped please follow our return policy.
Please Note: All returns should be in their original cartons, including accessories.
We regret that Completed Doll houses and Custom Orders may not be returnable, however every effort to correct a situation will be pursued.
Holiday Orders - At Lee Thomas Miniatures we make every attempt to fill all of our orders, however due to the specialty nature of our business we cannot guarantee holiday orders (Orders placed after Thanksgiving Day to December 25th). To devote our full time to our walk-in customers, in our Syracuse, NY Shop, we close our online shop between Thanksgiving day and January 1st. For requested orders placed during this time, through customer service, we give you the status of availability and can attempt to place the order for you, however we cannot guarantee it will arrive by Christmas.
